技術標準宣貫的公告

國家電網(wǎng)公司電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)（以下簡稱采集系統(tǒng)）系列技術標準已正式發(fā)布。為保證國家電網(wǎng)公司采集系統(tǒng)技術標準的順利實施，國家電網(wǎng)公司決定組織開展技術標準的宣貫工作。現(xiàn)將有關事項公告如下：
一、 宣貫對象
1. 國內、外采集器、集中器、專變采集終端制造單位。
2. 國內、外相關通信芯片及通信模塊制造單位。
3. 采集終端檢驗設備制造單位及社會相關檢測機構。
二、 宣貫方式和內容
1. 宣貫工作采取集中授課、自愿報名參加的方式。
2. 宣貫內容：
